Our AGM was held on Monday 7th October 2019 . The following committee positions were successfully filled:
Vice Chair; Concert Programme Planning Co-ordinator; Marketing and Publicity Co-ordinator; Membership Secretary; ICT Projects Co-ordinator and Concert Manager. The position of Social Activities Co-ordinator remained unfilled.
Various developments have taken place since the last issue of our Constitution (2015) which were recognised with the creation of two new committee posts. The first is that of ICT Projects Co-ordinator, to which Tim Pettigrew was elected. The second follows a decision to add the post of Rehearsals Manager, currently held by Margaret Burke as a co-opted member. Margaret was elected and will stay in the post for a two-year term.
