How to insert thumbnail images for concert post

Include thumbnail photos, if we have them. There are three ways to do this:

• One is to simply add media and insert one after another as a list and use their captions to say who they are and what their role is. Click on the image and select centre from the toolbar. Like this:

 

 

• Alternatively, if you would like to include a description of the person, then add media, insert the image with the caption and align the image to the left. Add your description. After the description, insert divider using the toolbar above to say. This results in the text ‘[space_20]’ being added.

• Alternatively, you could use columns. This looks great in larger screens although it will display like the first example on smaller screens:

1. Insert columns using the tab in the toolbar above. Select column output as ‘visual aid’. Select either two, three columns or four columns for up to four people. If more than four then select a sensible of columns and add rows. e.g. for five or six people select 3 columns and use two rows (two lots of 3 columns will be inserted).
2. In each box it says ‘add content here’. Place the cursor at the beginning of the ‘add content here’ text. Add media and select the photo. Fill out the caption box with the name and role of the person in the photo. 
3. Click on the image and select the pencil/edit button from the toolbar that appears. Where it says ‘link to’ select ‘custom URL’ from the dropdown menu. Insert the URL of the person’s own biography website or to a blog post that we have written.
4. Delete the text that says ‘add content here’. A description of the person can be added below the caption.
